I have always been obsessed with food and can't think of a life without it, so I went and got a nutrition degree in Canada, cooked in a few professional kitchens, and now I just finished culinary school in San Francisco, having a blast with the rich food culture in the Bay Area. Pad Thai

7 oz noodles, soak in water (20 mins)

1/3 c palm sugar
¼ cup fish sauce
2 Tbsp tamarind
1 Tbsp water

1 shallot
2 cloves garlic
2 pc pressed tofu/bean curd
¾ cup garlic chives
2 Tbsp dried shrimps
1/3 cup roasted peanuts
6-8 shrimps
2 eggs
lime for serving
